My passions are health, fitness, and food. I have been consistently training 3-5x per week basis for 15 years. I strongly believe that a few workouts a week make all the difference in how you feel, not just physically, but mentally as well. When not exercising or cooking in my kitchen, I really enjoy spending time with my “furry babies” and enjoying a nice glass of red wine.
